Are you an experienced attorney?
Yes. I have been working as an attorney for over 40 years. At the Public Defender’s Office, we handled thousands of cases per year. I was the Senior Trial Deputy Public Defender. I supervised and went to trial for all of the cases prosecuted in Washoe County.
In 1989, I opened my own practice. Since founding my practice a large percentage of the cases have been litigation. I have personally handled over 10,000 cases in State and Federal Court. These cases range from property disputes to divorce and everything in between.
Will you return my calls and emails?
Yes. Without question.
I realize this is one of the major complaints the public has with regard to dealing with lawyers. I get dozens of calls and emails every day, and I work hard to reply as quickly as possible. Communication is one of my strengths.
My clients are frequently surprised by the fact that whenever possible, I answer the office phone. Why? Because I believe you called because you want to talk to an attorney not a secretary or voice mail. While I can’t answer every call, don’t be surprised if I answer the phone when you call.
